Though actually this is pretty exciting since there's some fucked up psychological shit I can play if Cerberus is in the picture, so I'm glad it is a thing! 8)) Nora totally needed to have more paranoia stacked on top of his paranoia. That being said I'll have to discuss some more detailed nerfs with you guys since there's also a lot of powers bullshit that comes up when Cerberus is involved, but I'll save that for the app since it'll be easier to finagle once I can detail out all his powers. o9
