DEADLAND
[Some time after your character dies, they will wake up in their bunk in camp. But something is wrong here, so very wrong.
Venture outside, and you will see that you're still in camp, but it's trapped in a foggy twilight. Time doesn't seem to pass, and it's quiet. Too quiet. No animals, no breeze, nothing.
The only sign of anything living is in the trees, where dozens and dozens of ghostly figures roam. Sometimes they might come into camp, but you'll probably have to go out to meet them if you want to talk to them. They all seem to be watching camp, but are shy and might flicker away if they're approached.
Finally, in the chapel in the lodge, there is a shadowy figure. It looks like a preteen, perhaps? Maybe 11 or 12 or so. But that's about all you can get from it at a glance.
But you're here now, and there are things to do. Where will you start?]

Well, he can't exactly ask Lance about his crushes because a) literally everyone knows and b) Boa doesn't even care.
So he opts to use this chance a bit more seriously. ]
Assume we get out of here and assume that you're not going back to your world... where would you go? What would you do?
no subject
There's no way I could give up on going back, [Mild clarification out of the way first.] I couldn;t do that to my team, my family... or my entire universe, really.
[His brow furrows.]
But if I seriously couldn't.... I guess I'd have to stay here. There are... thousands of other sites like this one, right? Knowing what these guys are up to.. and knowing what we know now, it'd be hard to just... up and leave without doing something to shut it all down.
[A sigh.]
...Plus, I think doing that would give me more closure on what happened with Shiro.

[ Lance would never ever leave his universe behind, that is the most defining fact that Boa has learned about his friend. Though... people change, don't they? He's seen Mitsuru give up on his defining goal now, he's... he's giving up on something like this himself. Huh. Strange. ]
You're ever the responsible guy, huh?
no subject
I guess that's how it is now. Back home I used to be more lax and tried to have as much fun as possible outside of following orders. You know, let other people assign responsibility to me, that kinda thing.
Now that I've decided to be more responsible on my own, I guess I can't let that go now, right?
[He smiles.]
Truth or dare?

So... ]
Alright, dare.

[His expression lightens up a bit as he goes through the possibilities.]
Sing me a song.
1/2
He is not a coward and he does not back down from a challenge. ]

Everybody Bey-pop, spin round and round
The whole world is battling day by day, so come on
Let's dance Beypop
I'm gonna go with this bey today
This layer, disk and driver
Wait a second! This combination...?
It's a miracle? Seriously?! It's the strongest!
Let's have a battle. Say 3, 2, 1 Go Shoot!
It's a Burst Finish!
The bey that lost is... yours
[ This is as far as he gets before trailing off and sighing. The lyrics here would demand him to say it is his bey that lost and we're... not doing that. SO. Changing that part. And also stopping this silly song now. ]
Satisfied?
no subject
Pffff... that's- [Ok ok, will try to stop laughing.] that's precious, Boa-pop. Tell me there's a cutesy dance that goes with it, too.
no subject
If there is, I don't know it. It's just a pretty popular song in my world.
no subject
[Sorry, he's still laughing but winding down slowly.]
Or well, I guess we can stop playing now.
no subject
[ He will not let this be the final impression of this game. ]
Truth or dare, Lance?
no subject
Hit me with your best dare.
[It's only fair, he supposes, but he also has a feeling he's gonna regret this.]
